Nice tips! You want to know something funny? I get my back pain from my own bed! I know it’s crazy, but I am not used to hard mattresses. My husband loves those but I am more used to the softer ones. My back pain was so bad that he had to order an inversion table for me to use for a few minutes. Now, I am glad to say because of exercise and that table, my back pain eventually disappeared.

I remember my mom always telling me that exercise is really important. I never really understood it until I started experiencing back aches because I don’t stretch. That was when she told me that exercise stretches muscles and keeps them flexible, especially the back. After trying it out, I found that it made my back a bit softer. So from then on, I have been regularly exercising.
