Vulva, back & thigh pain...misdiagnosed many times, last resort..please read properly?

Trying to be as brief as possible, it's a long story.
19 and a virgin
Six weeks ago got very deep burning, itching, swelling and stretching feeling on vulva - external only, mostly mons pubis and labia majora. Although I do have one part at the top of my clitoral hood that sometimes when pressed feels bruised.
Saw doctor, didn’t examine me and said it would only be thrush. Prescribed pessary, but too swollen to take. Took oral pill instead, took another a week later and ate anti-candia diet...mild relief. Was bed bound for two weeks with an ice pack, which seemed to help.
Got period a week after first pain. Pain seemed to reduce, but still linger. The day after it was supposed to end, when I woke up I maneuvered in bed and got a sharp, knife like feeling on my vulva. A few hours later, dark red blood trickled out. My mum suggested it was because I’d been lying down a lot and it hadn’t all come out.
Went to A&E that day, urine detected infection; doctor suggested UTI. Examined vulva and took a swab for culture, which was satisfactory. I assume from her silence that my vulva looked normal. Was prescribed Augmentin for 7 days, felt mild relief only as it was finishing. Went to outpatient clinic, another urine test said I had no infection and that there was nothing they could do for me.
Around this time I developed a dull, nagging pain in my lower left abdomen. A month later, it’s still here. It’s not very painful, but it’s noticeable and annoying.
Also around this time started getting a sharp, recurrent pain my my lower back, near my left kidney. It stabs me every few seconds and last for roughly 30 seconds...comes back every now and then. One time it was intermittent with an identical pain in my left thigh.
Lower back feels swollen, bruised. Saw osteopath who said my back is stiff in 3 places and will treat it, but thinks vulva pain is unrelated - says back pain may have been caused by infection and was surprised I haven’t had a gynecological ultrasound, and suggested going to GP for full blood work.
Vulva pain is now mostly bruised feeling when sitting for too long. I feel discomfort (sort of like something pushing its way out from within) for approx 30 seconds and if I stand and gently move around, it seems to subside.
I’ve had problems with period cramps before and have twice this past year had extremely bad cramps to the point of dizzyness and vomiting. I got the shakes and had to lie in bed in a dark room on my side and breathe into my cupped hands. After about two hours I got a kick in my stomach from within, like a big thud and it just stopped and I felt 100% fine. I saw a doctor about this who didn’t seem to care, and put me on the pill at my request. I started it in January but I only took one pack because I was worried about side effects. Could it be something to do with this?

Hmmm... That's quite a strange set of symptoms.
I'm gonna have to agree that it sounds like UTI. UTIs can be quite obstinate, and frequently recur. It's quite possible that whatever bacteria caused the UTI is also pissing off the skin in that area.
It sounds like your doctors [aside from the osteopath] are just kinda blowing you off and not looking into stuff properly.
I recommend going to a gynecologist, since that is their area of expertise down there.

My mom gets thigh pain ( at the back of the thigh ) every day after she gets up from sleep.
It doesn't happen in the day time at all.
What is this condition called and is there any cure for the same like exercise or anything else.

i have thigh pain while trying to rest and relieve back pain?

? I have a problem and sure hope you can give me some advice on how to make things better. I started a job about 2 months ago, working in fast food. I haven't worked in over 2 years, and thats when the pain first started. I have always had back problems from strains to bruised muscles. So every time I sit or lie down I get pain in the front of my thighs. My back hurts so bad at times I can barley walk, so I try to rest and then my thighs hurt so bad. It kinda feels like a cramp that sting and burn. I have to rub my thigh very hard to finally make it stop. Sometimes it;'s like I can't rub it hard enough, so I have to have hubby do it for me. It doesn't matter if I am sitting upright or lieing down the minute I am off my feet it hits me untill I stand up and walk for a minute. Which sometimes can be just as bad with my back pain that shoots down my legs. Can you please help on what I can do to relieve the pain????

I think that you need to go see the doctor. Back pain can be an indication of many things. It sounds to me like you have some kind of nerve problem going on, but I'm not a doctor. You need to see the doctor to find out what is going on. Do it sooner rather than later. If it is serious, it is better to find our early, rather than wait. If it is not serious, the sooner you get it taken care of, the better you will feel.
To relieve pain, try wet heat. Wet a wash cloth and throw it in the microwave for about 30 seconds, or until it is warm. Put that on your back. You can also try acupuncture, massage, physio. You can always take pain relievers like Advil or Tylenol. I have arthritis of the spine, and I find that Advil is a lot better than Tylenol. You can try Aleve as well. It is different than Advil. Also, Robaxacet is very useful for me. There are three different kinds. All have a muscle relaxer, but one of them has acetaminophen in it, another has ASA in it, and the last has ibuprofen in it.
Try taking a yoga class, or learning some stretches to stretch your back.

back pain, thigh pain, recovering addict?

For nearly a decade I was a certified nurses' aide. As is common in health care, I've had lower back problems for almost ten years. I'm recently pregnant with my third baby. The lower back pain has been crippling, I can not sit for more than 5 minutes and it travels down into my left front of thigh where the pain goes from sharp and tight in the back to dull, similar to a bone ache, in the fron left thigh. I've had the typical signs of sciatica over the years, mostly affecting my right thigh, hip and foot, but now this has begun and it is so bad that I am crying about it a few times a week. I've done natural childbirth and have a fairly high tolerance to pain.
I want to see a doctor but I'm a recovering addict with six years clean. I am unable to lie about my past, and have had terrible experiences where I've been treated like a junkie looking for pills,so I'm reluctant to seek help. I am also terrified of back surgery and have heard more negative than positive things about it. I'm currently taking 1200-1800mg of ibuprofen daily, and it is not helping much, if at all. My question is are there any benefits to physical therapy? I'd love to give it a try, but am terrified that I'll be disregarded as looking for opiates and sent away with no help at all.

You should consult with a pain management specialist. One of the options available to you is lumbar epidural injections where a local anesthetic with or without a steroid are injected into the same space in your back where a labor epidural would be placed. No narcotics are involved...in fact it is advisable to avoid oral narcotic use during pregnancy so your physician should be more inclined to other methods anyway. Good luck and congratulations on your recovery. Never be ashamed of your recovery when speaking with a physician.

I had football practice yesterday and I hurt the back middle part of my thigh. It hurts when I press down on it and when I walk. What is it? There is no bruise or swelling, and I can barely stretch it.
